Richard Lamb
President and CEO
Dick is a successful serial entrepreneur and gifted leader. Dick joins New Sun Nutraceuticals from Balance Bar, where he was co-founder, Executive Vice-President and President. During his management of Balance Bar, Dick helped grow sales from $1M in 1994 to over $100M in 1999, took the company public, and eventually sold it to Kraft for $268M. Prior to founding Balance Bar, Dick was the co-founder and President of Windsurfing Hawaii, an innovative sports equipment company; and was VP, International Operations, for Windsurfing International, the company that invented windsurfing. Dick has a BS and ME in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Ray LaRue
Senior Vice President, Operations
Ray is a profit-oriented Operations Executive with a proven track record in developing and managing rapidly growing multi-site facilities. Ray joins NSN from Bariatrix International, the market leader in the development and production of nutrition bars, where he was General Manager. Prior to that, Ray ran operations at both Balance Bar and Nestle USA's Beverage Division, where he oversaw 22 manufacturing locations as Director of Co-Manufacturing, managing production of products with over $1 billion in sales. Prior to that, Ray built and operated a beverage production plant for Snapple through Power Packaging and ran the flagship product manufacturing plant at Gerber. Ray has a BS in Bacteriology from the University of California and an AA in Supply Chain Management.

Simon Goode
Vice President, Marketing
Simon has large company and entrepreneurial experience in marketing. Simon spent eight years with Nestlé in marketing. He was promoted to Marketing Director of Nestlé USA's Chocolate & Confection Division, which he managed for four years. Simon was hired away from Nestlé by Balance Bar in January, 1999, where he was responsible for the launch of two of the company's most successful products: the Balance Gold line, and the Balance Outdoor line. After Balance Bar was sold to Kraft in 2000, Simon was founder and President of AllGoode Organics, a company focused on development, marketing, and sales of teas, nutrition bars, and other organic foods and beverages.

Corey Blick
Brand Manager
Corey joined Quercegen founder Thomas Lines from the start nearly two years ago. He oversaw original New Sun in test market and has been heavily involved in business development, market research and strategic planning for bringing New Sun's range of nutraceutical products to market. Corey holds a B.A. in Business from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.

Troy Figgins
Brand Manager
Prior to joining New Sun Nutrition, Troy was Chief Operations Officer for Quercegen Holdings LLC where he developed and commercialized a patented soy isoflavone extraction process. Prior to that Troy was an associate consultant at McKinsey & Company where he developed marketing and technology strategies for multi-billion dollar companies in the Finance, IT, and Healthcare sectors. A graduate of the United States Military Academy and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Troy holds a BS in Economics, a dual-major MBA in Information Strategy and Marketing and a Masters in Information Systems.

Michael Graham
Chief Financial Officer
Mike was the CFO of Quercegen Holdings, NSN's predecessor company, and was deeply involved in its formation and strategy development. He is now acting CFO of NSN. Previously, he was a Managing Director of Robertson Stephens, a technology investment banking firm, where he worked on a great many public and private securities offerings. He holds a BS from West Point, an MBA in finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Before his career on Wall Street, Mike was an infantry officer in the U.S. Army.
